More than 500 units of Russian military equipment have been destroyed in seven days in Kharkiv, northeastern Ukraine, Oleh Sinehubov, head of the Kharkiv region’s military administration, told Telegram on Friday.
“According to the situation on March 4, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have significantly strengthened their positions and increased their combat capabilities. Our army has destroyed so much occupier equipment that it would be enough to arm the armies of several countries. In Kharkiv, more than 500 units of enemy technology have been killed in seven days of fighting with Russia, the statement said.
Realizing that it is impossible to occupy the city, the enemy strikes rockets and bombs from a high altitude outside Ukraine’s air defense zone.
“The nature of the attack by the Russian occupiers has slowed down. The border guards of the Fifth Border Guard Unit, along with the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Sumy Oblast, have crossed the Ukrainian state border line. I talk to the guys on the front lines – they are ready to chase the enemy and ask the people of Kharkiv to wait a little longer. The Russians themselves understand that they have lost this war. The occupier will soon be outside the county, “the county governor added.
