From the road map for the exit from the anti Covid restrictions announced from Mario Draghi two weeks ago there is no trace. The Ukrainian crisis, of course, has overturned the government’s agenda but on March 31, the deadline for state of emergency and almost all the restrictive measures, it comes close. And so the ball has passed into the hands of the Regions: they will be the ones to write the document with which they will propose to the government the steps to lighten (not so gradually) the restrictions.
