It’s hardly a secret that the Mac Mini with M1 processor has an unnecessarily large chassis. Disassemblies have shown how much space there is inside the computer, and it’s obvious that Apple could make the computer much smaller.
While waiting for the company to take action, Quinn Nelson has made her own attempt on the Youtube channel Snazzy Labs.
Using a 3D printer, he has developed a Mac Pro-inspired small chassis that retains all the connectivity of the Mac Mini but is 78 percent smaller. And Apple engineers could certainly make the computer even smaller than that with optimized components.
