San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
In November of last year, Victoria filed a complaint, filing a letter and submitting it to the National League ante la Disciplinary Commissionwhere he asked that Honduras Progreso be punished with the loss of five points and Real Sociedad with seven, because they did not comply, as the law says, with the registration payment for participating in the National League tournament and now the The case is in the hands of the Executive Committee of Fenafuth.
Victoria’s complaint has been supported by Platense, a club that sent a letter to the National League where he asks for a resolution.
The case has been spending the first instances, such as the National Disciplinary Commission, which declared it dismissed. He was then sent to the Appeals Commission, which transferred him to the Executive Committee of Fenafuth, which is already resolving the situation. This is a scandal that has never occurred in Honduran soccer.
The Executive Committee, chaired by Jorge Salomón, sent the case to the Federation’s Legal Affairs Commission to provide an opinion and, later, the highest body of national football has to resolve the case, since it has had some administrative vices that could bring serious punishments to leaders.
Víctor Kawas, director of Victoria, who was the one who made the complaint, explained that the National League has not been interested in resolving the case and announces that this could have consequences, since several teams are playing for relegation and losing points would come.
According to Kawas, Honduras Progreso and Real Sociedad played the first dates of the Apertura tournament without paying registration, as the law says, because what they did was deposit checks and some bounced.
Each club is required to pay 125,000 lempiras to register and participate in the tournament, but these two teams did so until the third date.
“It has become customary in the National League to violate the statutes for private interests. This is a fight that is taking place,” said Víctor Kawas, who added: “The League’s board of directors has decided to cover up this case. The remaining nine teams have decided not to see the case because that is a custom,” said the leader.
According to Victoria’s complaint, the issue is being dealt with at the administrative level, and it is there that the Executive Committee of Fenafuth has to send a resolution ordering the National League to withdraw the points from the clubs denounced or declare the case dismissed.
But GREAT GOAL learned yesterday that the Fenafuth Legal Affairs Commission had already begun to request the National League all the documents of the case and next week they will meet to give a verdict.
The situation can get out of hand, since the tournament is entering the last stage, and if they agree with Victoria, a shock will come, since it has never happened in the history of the league.

Víctor Kawas explained that the complaint is serious, because in the National League there are indications of alleged forgery of documents. “This is a shameful case for the National League,” attacked the manager of the ceibeños.
In recent days, the Platense, through its president Mario Sierra, joined the Victoria to urge the justice entities of the Federation to give a resolution to the complaint, since they consider that it is not fair that there are preferential treatment when it comes to registration.
“On November 2, 2021, the League Board of Directors through an ordinary face-to-face session at the League offices heard about the previous formal complaint, filed by CD Victoria on November 1, 2021, resolving the same as inadmissible for the reasons already known by this Football Federation.
As a result of the previous resolution, the Victoria Sports Club filed an appeal for replacement via email on November 13, 2021, and before the League offices on November 15, 2021; declaring the League the previous appeal for reconsideration as inadmissible, ”says the letter from Platense.
The case is under investigation and the date of a resolution must be given before the end of the Clausura.
