M-Banking BCA Eror!

BCA mobile banking service aka M-Banking BCA error. Some M-Banking users complain that they cannot use M-Banking services.

Many customers cannot log into their account when logging in to M-Banking BCA. It said the transaction could not be processed.

“While the transaction cannot be processed, please try again in a few more moments,” wrote the BCA notification on the screenshot of M-Banking user complaints obtained by detikcom, Wednesday (2/3/2022).

BCA also opened a voice about the problems that occur in the M-Banking application. Executive Vice President Secretariat & Corporate Communication of BCA Hera Haryn said that currently the process of recovering and repairing the application system was being carried out due to problems that occurred in BCA’s M-Banking.

“Regarding the constraints on several BCA banking services, we can convey that we are currently carrying out a recovery and repair process. This process is carried out in order to provide more optimal banking services for customers,” said Hera in a statement to detik.com.

Hera added that if a customer has problems or needs information, they can contact the HaloBCA contact center 1500888.

The contact center can also be contacted via the WA Halo BCA service 0811 1500 998, Twitter social media service @halobca, or webchat via www.bca.co.id.

BCA also apologized for the trouble that occurred.

“Regarding the problems with several BCA banking services, we apologize for the problems that occurred,” said Hera.
