Unilever Opens S1 Job Vacancies For “Fresh Graduate” and Experienced, Interested? Page all

JAKARTAKOMPAS.com – Unilever Indonesia opens job vacancies for new graduates (fresh graduate), or who already have a minimum of two years of work experience. Vacancies are opened in the form of the 2022 Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP).

Citing Unilever Indonesia’s official social media accounts @we.unileverMonday (28/2/2022), there are two recruitment programs available, namely UFLP Finance and UFLP Go to Market (GtM).

Registration is open from February 25 to March 27, 2022 and is done online online via link bit.ly/UFLP1_2022. Later the selection process will take place throughout April-June 2022 and
the date of joining Unilever is 1 October 2022.

UFLP Finance and UFLP GtM are 30-month training programs designed to prepare Unilever’s future leaders through challenging projects and roles to become business leaders.

If they pass, UFLP participants will receive training and professional development directly from Unilever leaders.

At the end of the program, participants are expected to be ready to become managers with strong leadership impact.

UFLP Finance Qualification:

– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with min GPA 3.3

– 2022 graduate or will graduate before October 2022 majoring in Finance, Accounting, Digital Finance, and Financial Technology

– For professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience

– Have strong leadership skills, active in the organization

UFLP GtM Qualifications:

– Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with minimum GPA 3.30

– 2022 graduate (or will graduate before October 2022) from all majors

– For professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience

– Have strong leadership skills, active in the organization
