The lingering affair surrounding Nilüfer Gündogan does little good for the Volt party. In two weeks time, the party has fallen from ten virtual seats to five seats, a halving of the party. A month ago, the future of the party still looked bright: in some municipalities the party was going to make a big difference for the municipal election, now the proportions are completely different.
While Volt sinks further and further, VVD recovers little by little. The party will be polled for 25 seats this week, D66 is also rising again in seats. The party is back on 20 virtual seats and strikes a gap with the PVV. Wilders’ party has lost a few seats in recent weeks.

All coalition parties are in the plus this week. Even the CDA seems to be able to enjoy a small increase for now. Still, the central question remains what the polls will mean for the municipal elections. New parties such as JA21 and BBB do almost nothing, in the meantime they are good for 21 of the 150 seats. The big question is what will the supporters vote for on March 16? Will the seats go to a local party or will the VVD win these seats?
