Football – Freiburg im Breisgau – Freiburg’s board: Schlotterbeck’s future is still open – sport

Freiburg (dpa) – According to sports director Jochen Saier, the future of football professional Nico Schlotterbeck at SC Freiburg is still completely open. “Anything is possible, especially if we don’t think the general conditions are right in the summer,” said Saier to the “kicker” (Thursday). “The fundamental decision as to whether he is going or staying has not yet been made.” Schlotterbeck is one of the rising stars of the season and has already earned several nominations for the national team with his performances. His contract in Freiburg ends in the summer of 2023.
