Once again, Vladimir Putin has managed to keep the world guessing at his plans, although the US and UK are now talking about a direct invasion of Donetsk and Lugansk, the separatist regions of Ukraine. But where does the Russian Bear stop? The UN, the European Union and the White House fear the worst, impose sanctions, but nowhere is the tension as high as on the streets of Donetsk and Lugansk.
