A spectacular accident involving a tram occurred Tuesday morning at 8:30 am, avenue de Colmar in Strasbourg, near the Krimmeri-stade de la Meinau station. The circulation of trams and cars is disrupted. Rescuers recommend avoiding the area.
It was a truck carrying a crane that hit the tram. A hundred people were on board. Firefighters say six people were slightly injured, including the tram driver. Three were taken to hospital.
Tram traffic was to be restored by mid-morning on lines A and E.
