Many companies from almost all sectors are currently dealing with problems in the area of recruiting skilled workers. But there is definitely reason for optimism, according to the Bundesverband Mittelstandische Wirtschaft (BVMW) in the region. What strategies and concepts are there for companies? An event with renowned experts is now to provide the answers.
Region. The Federal Association of Medium-Sized Businesses, BVMW, together with the city of Netphen, invites you to an event on the subject of “professional recruitment”. On Wednesday, March 9th, starting at 6 p.m. in the Georg-Heimann-Halle Netphen, the focus will be on strategies for success with modern media and communication concepts.
Among other things, the focus is on the following question: How can these strategies be put into practice quickly and effectively with new communication media and networks? In addition, recipes for success from the “big ones” are presented, keyword recipes for success.
The organizers have invited two experts from theory and practice as speakers:
Justinus Pieper, historian, is enthusiastic about practical leadership strategies with the seal of approval of history in science and industry. He is a research associate at the Prof. Ralph Dreher chair at the University of Siegen and heads the Management and Strategy working group at the VDI-BB.
Steffen Scherer, MA, founder and managing director of Scherer GmbH is a successful entrepreneur and management consultant in the field of specialist and managerial recruitment and employer branding. He shows in practice how to recruit employees for small and medium-sized companies and how to go completely new ways of presenting the company.
Netphen’s Mayor Paul Wagener, as patron of the event, appeals to all interested parties: “Collect new impulses, impressions and suggestions, ask questions and exchange ideas with others in open networking after the event.” The regional representative of the BVMW, Matthias Merzhuser, will moderate the event.
