Hasani Abdulgani said, Shayne Pattynama had expressed interest in defending the Indonesian national team. It didn’t stop there, the 23-year-old player had also sent a number of documents to be naturalized as an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
According to Hasani Abdulgani, Shayne Pattynama’s lineage comes from his father who comes from Maluku. Now, Shayne Pattynama is just waiting for the process to immediately join the Indonesian national team.
“Shayne Patty, a Dutch player, now plays for Viking FK (Norwegian League 1). His father was born in Semarang,” said Hasani Abdulgani on his personal Instagram account (@hasaniabdulgani), Tuesday (22/2/2022).
“Pattynama has sent a statement that he is willing to play for the national team as well as other supporting documents. Welcome to the board,” he added.
Shayne Pattynama is a player who operates as a full-back, precisely on the left side of the defense. Now, he is a player of Viking FC, a club that fights in the main division of the Norwegian League.
