German retailer Lidl has announced that it will increase from March 1 the lowest gross monthly income by 12.5% ​​compared to the level of 2021, to 4,950 lei, ie approximately 2,900 lei net, an amount that includes salary, meal vouchers, premiums annual Easter and Christmas bonuses, an annual bonus, as well as other types of bonuses and bonuses.

All Lidl Romania employees active throughout the financial year 2022 will receive, together with the salary for February 2023, an annual bonus equivalent to the value of their basic salary for that month. For employees who will join the Lidl team during the financial year, the bonus will be calculated in proportion to the period worked.
