The expectation of Botafogo is to conclude, in the week that begins this Sunday, the sale of the club’s SAF (Soccer Anonymous Society) to John Textor. The businessman has a ticket booked for Rio this week and the idea is to take advantage of the trip to sign the contract, informs the Ancelmo Gois Blog.
The most optimistic forecast is to complete the transition and the analysis of all documentation in seven days, as told Thairo Arrudaone of the founders of the Matix Capital consultancy and representative of the American businessman in negotiations with Botafogo.
Initially, Textor would come to Rio this Monday, but ended up postponing the trip.
