In the photo, a person who looks like Rossi is seen wearing a black sweater, holding a cigarette, and drinking tea in a bottle. Rossi was seen hanging out with two of his friends.
The viral photo was later turned into a meme related to the issue of JHT fund disbursement which has become a controversy in Indonesia in the past week.
The Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah issued Permenaker Number 2 of 2022 which states that JHT can be fully disbursed when BPJS Employment participants enter the retirement age of 56 years, experience total permanent disability, and die.
The Permenaker received a negative response from some parties, especially from the trade unions. Photos of people who look like Rossi have also gone viral as memes for the disbursement of JHT funds.
Some netizens used the Rossi-like photo by saying that the MotoGP legend was waiting for JHT funds to grow old.

Rossi retired from MotoGP after the 2021 season. Even so, the Italian racer did not fully retire. The Doctor decided to start a career as a race car driver. Rossi also has a new team in MotoGP, Mooney VR46 Racing.
