But, vitamin can also have side effects if consumed in excess, one of which triggers lung cancer.

Vitamin B12 perform many important roles in the body, such as assisting the development and function of the central nervous system.
This vitamin is found in meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, yeast extracts (such as Marmite), and specially fortified foods.
Some people may need to equip with B12 if they lack. However, supplements can pose health risks when taken in excess.

A recent study found a significant association between lung cancer risk and levels of B12 higher.
The investigators in the study noted that previous epidemiological studies reported an association between dietary intake and vitamin B12 diet and lung cancer risk.
