A magistrate tried for having proposed to Internet users, on a swinger site, to rape his 12-year-old daughter

How did the magistrate Olivier B. come to propose to strangers, on a swinger website, to rape his then 12-year-old daughter? Vice-president of the Dijon judicial court at the time of the facts, the fifty-year-old did not come to explain himself at the bar, Friday, February 18, during his trial before the Besançon criminal court. According to a forensic report, “his psychological state of health” did not allow him to appear for “instigation, not followed by effect, to commit sexual violence” against his daughter.

In the absence of Olivier B., the Besançon public prosecutor, Etienne Manteaux, requested two years in prison against him, one of which was suspended. The magistrate is prosecuted for “having, between October 2019 and June 2020, offered Internet users to force his daughter to have sex” with them, to inflict “sexual assault” and for “bribery of a minor”.

“Olivier B., as a magistrate, had an education, the intelligence, the legal training to know that these actions were perfectly criminal”estimated Mr. Manteaux, who also asked to be registered in the file of perpetrators of sexual offences.

On the sidelines of the criminal investigation, Olivier B., 56, was dismissed in July 2021 by the disciplinary council of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM). He has since filed an appeal before the Council of State to have this disciplinary sanction, which the Ministry of Justice had claimed against him, annulled. The magistrate no longer exercises his functions as coordinator of the family affairs center of the Dijon court since his suspension, pronounced in 2020.

The trauma of the trial of “Pierrot le Fou”

It is a user of the swinger site Wyylde who denounced, in the fall of 2019, the actions of Olivier B. to the moderator of the platform. Investigators from the Central Office for Combating Crime Related to Information and Communication Technologies (OCLCTIC) then set up a cyber patrol to get in touch with the magistrate. During these infiltration sessions, Olivier B. offers one of the investigators to abuse his daughter: the magistrate then sends his interlocutor several photos of her, giving him ” flames “. However, he does not set an appointment date.

Arrested and indicted in June 2020, this father of three, passed by the Court of Cassation, also maintained a long correspondence with another user of the Wyylde site, to whom he also offered to have sex with his youngest daughter. Follower of swinging with his wife since 2012, Olivier B. first explains his actions by “delusions with a sexual connotation” and “a professional overload”.
