The pilot of the passenger plane embarked on an unexpected “mission” on Thursday afternoon local time. The pilot apparently urged all parties to remain “relaxed” amid fears of an outbreak of war in the region.
An Air Moldova passenger plane with the code RELAX took off from the Moldovan capital, Chisinau at 16:12 local time. The plane was in the air for an hour and 38 minutes, and wrote the word “RELAX” with its flight path.
The words ‘Relax’ in the sky left by the Airbus A321 can be seen by netizens on air traffic tracking website FlightRadar24.
About 60,000 people watched FlightRadar24 to follow the plane in action as it continued its “diplomatic mission”, flying just a few miles from the Ukrainian border.
The plane then landed back in Chisinau at 5:50 p.m. local time.

A spokesman for the flight tracking site said the data was genuine.
