Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The government has again changed the work system for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) aka Civil Servants (PNS). This is the umpteenth time that the government has changed the working hours of civil servants during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This adjustment to the work system is carried out by taking into account the policy for the implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM) and the status of the spread of Covid-19.
The working system of civil servants this time is regulated by Circular (SE) of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform 05/2022. This SE changes the work system that was previously regulated in the SE MenPANRB 23/2021.
Referring to these rules, the following are the latest civil servant work rules:
A. Non-essential Sector Government Offices
1. Java and Bali
a. PPKM Level 1, as many as 100% work from office (WFO) employees.
b. PPKM Level 2, as many as 75% of WFO officers.
c. PPKM Level 3, as many as 50% of WFO officers.
d. PPKM Level 4, 100% pegawai work from home (WFH).
2. Outside Java and Bali
a. PPKM Level 1, as many as 100% WFO officers.
b. PPKM Level 2, as many as 75% of WFO officers.
c. PPKM Level 3, a maximum of 50% of WFO employees. If a COVID-19 cluster is found, it will be closed for five days.
d. PPKM Level 4, as much as 25% WFO. If a COVID-19 cluster is found, it will be closed for five days.
B. Government Offices in Essential Sector
1. Java and Bali
a. PPKM Level 1, a maximum of 100% WFO employees.
b. PPKM Level 2, maximum 75% of WFO employees.
c. PPKM Level 3 and 4, maximum 50% of WFO employees.
2. Outside Java and Bali
a. PPKM Level 1 and 2, maximum 100% WFO.
b. PPKM Level 3, maksimal 100% WFO.
c. PPKM Level 4, maximum 50% WFO.
C. Critical Sector Government Office
1. Java and Bali: PPKM Level 1, 2, 3, and 4, maximum 100% of WFO employees.
2. Outside Java and Bali: PPKM Level 4, maximum 100% of WFO employees.
