Petra De Sutter looks at a four-day working week for civil servants, but unions are not enthusiastic: “Is that healthy?”

Minister Petra De Sutter will examine whether a four-day working week is also possible for civil servants. But the government unions are not in favor of that at all. ACV Public Services and ACOD believe that what will soon be possible for employees in the private sector will not necessarily have to be done in the public sector. “We have to look very carefully at whether this is desirable,” says Ilse Remy of the Christian government union.
