Traffic accident escape, car must avoid oncoming vehicle

On February 15, 2022, at around 5:20 p.m., a traffic accident occurred on the L127 between Neustadt and Eisenbach, in which the driver who caused the accident left the scene of the accident without permission. A previously unknown vehicle drove on the country road from Eisenbach in the direction of Neustadt. Shortly after the K 4902 junction to Schwärzenbach, the person who caused the accident partially drove into the oncoming lane with his vehicle, so that an oncoming car driving from Neustadt in the right direction was forced to give way. The injured 36-year-old driver left the roadway. The vehicle was damaged in the snow-covered green belt. Without paying attention to it, the person who caused the accident drove on.
The victim’s car suffered material damage of around 400 euros. The driver was uninjured.
