Open VLD after a plea from employers to keep two nuclear power plants open: “We must not bury any scenario”

When the government decides on March 18 on a full nuclear phase-out or not, it must also take into account the geopolitical situation in Russia and Ukraine. “In that context, no scenario can be buried,” says Open VLD chairman Egbert Lachaert after all employers pleaded to keep two nuclear power stations open for longer. For the Flemish liberals, both plan A and plan B are on the table.
