Vienna Airport has half as many guests as before the crisis, but is feeling an upward trend – economy

Vienna/Schwechat – Vienna Airport handled significantly fewer passengers at the beginning of the year than before the Corona crisis, but there was a significant increase compared to January 2021. At 819,674, the number of travelers was four times higher than in January 2021, but 55.2 percent lower than in the pre-crisis month of January 2019, the airport said on Tuesday.
