the teaser of the series about the city without men

In the spring of 2022, the Two Hills series will premiere on the Start video service. This is a comedy dystopia about the distant future, in which there are almost no men left, and women have their own world – with eco-cities and smart gadgets.

The main roles in the project were played by Pelageya Nevzorova (“Street”, “Family War”) and Nikita Kologrivy (“Vertinsky”, “Pishcheblok”). Vladimir Epifantsev, Andrey Skorokhod, Svetlana Kamynina, Anna Snatkina, Zhanna Epple and Philip Bledny also starred in the film.

According to the plot, as a result of biological warfare, almost the entire male population of the planet died out. Women grieved for a short time, and then created their own society, where reproduction occurs through artificial insemination, from which only girls are born. But not everyone likes such a world order. There are still men and women who move away from civilization and live in the wilderness of a traditional life.

And then one day a teacher from the eco-city Two Hills leaves her house and meets a young “savage” male. This meeting could turn into a tragedy for the entire well-organized women’s society. On February 15, a teaser for the project was released, filmed in the format of an advertisement.

By the way, the creators of the series conducted an unusual experiment on the Web: they created the site of the ecological residential complex “Two Hills”, promising a comfortable life without men, just 10 minutes from the Moscow Ring Road. The idea provoked heated debate among Internet users and thousands of reposts. Many people believed in this fantastic idea and even became interested in buying a home in a new residential complex.

The premiere of the series “Two Hills” is expected this spring on the Start video service.
