Rytman became an icon in the comedy genre after the 1984 box office’s Ghostbusters. The film has raised nearly $ 300 million worldwide and won two Oscars.
Rytman’s son Jason directed the sequel to Ghostbusters: Afterlife, which premiered in November 2021.
