Head of BIN Papua Major General Abdul Haris Dies, Less than a Year Replaces Brigadier General Gusti Putu who died by KKB

KOMPAS.com – Head of the Papua Regional State Intelligence Agency (Kabinda) Major General Abdul Haris Napoleon died of a heart attack, Monday (14/2/2022) afternoon.

As for Abdul Haris, he served as the Head of BIN Papua until 2020.

In mid-2020, Abdul Haris was replaced by Brigadier General Gusti Putu Danny Nugraha.

However, in April 2021, Abdul Haris returned to be the Head of BIN Papua replacing Gusti Putu who was shot dead by an armed criminal group (KKB) in Beoga District, Puncak Regency, Papua.

Prior to serving as the Head of BIN Papua, Abdul Haris served as Pasintel Korem 172/PWY.
