THE DECISIONS – What emerged from the F1 Commission: the Federation presented the first draft of theinvestigation open after the facts of Abu Dhabi, last and fiery race of last season. Information on this will arrive in the next few days, but in the meantime some regulatory changes have arrived that mainly concern the Sprint qualification. Here’s what it is:
- Official communications on possible changes in the Federation after the Abu Dhabi events will take place in the next few days
- 3 Sprint qualifications
- the poleman will be the one who will make a fast lap on Friday
- points to the first 8 classified
- economic bonuses per sprint remain the same as in 2021.
- for short distance races, no points can be awarded unless the leader has completed at least two laps without Safety / Virtual Safety Car intervention.
