Flatland and her husband were instead ordered to pay legal costs of almost NOK 350,000. Now they are anchoring.
In the first round, it was lawyer Gina Kristiansen Borgersrud who represented the couple. In the appeal round, Flatland and Dobloug have hired senior lawyer Tommy Ravndal, a specialist in real estate.
– We refer to the appeal and have no comments beyond this, Ravndal writes in an e-mail to VG.
VG receives confirmation from the Oslo District Court that the case has been appealed, but that there is no access to an appeal from the court.
