It is noted that passengers who bought tickets before February 13 inclusive for flights to Kiev, Odessa, Lviv, Kharkiv, Zaporozhye and Nikolaev can return or exchange them until February 28.
Ticket refund
The airline provides an opportunity to return both unused and partially used tickets for flights to Ukraine. In the latter case, only the part that was not sold is subject to return.
Ticket exchange
You can change your ticket free of charge, provided that the new flight is operated on the same route and in the same cabin. In this case, the replacement date must be no later than March 31 of the current year.
In addition, the validity of tickets can be extended until March 31 without any fees or penalties. The company also allowed the route to be changed. It is carried out according to the fare rules of the original ticket.
