The national company Tunisair has announced that passengers over the age of 18 who want to enter Tunisia and who have completed their vaccination schedule against the SARS-COV2 virus (Covid-19) must present, from February 15, 2022, a vaccination passport or a certificate proving the completion of the vaccination schedule for at least 28 days for the “JANSSEN” vaccine and 7 days for the other vaccines.
For passengers over 6 years of age who have not completed the vaccination schedule against the SARS-COV-2 virus, they are required to present at flight check-in a certificate proving the negative result of a PCR test whose date of completion does not exceed 48 hours from recording or of a TDR-Ag rapid test whose date of completion does not exceed 24 hours from recording. Otherwise, the passenger will be denied check-in.
The national carrier also indicated that these passengers are randomly subjected to a rapid TDR-Ag test or a PCR test for the detection of the SARS-COV-2 virus upon their arrival in Tunisia. In the event of a positive test, the passenger must submit to self-isolation for 5 days and in the event of the appearance of symptoms, the period of self-isolation will be extended to 7 days.
All passengers must complete the electronic form on the website https: //app.e7mi.tn, and present what proves it at check-in and health services, upon arrival in Tunisia, whether in digital version or paper.
They are required to comply with these conditions, and any offender will be subject to the regulations and laws in force, reminds the national carrier.
