Now Bjørvika’s last cream plot will be designed. Invites all the country’s architects to fight for the job.

The area is twice as large as Sørenga and is only a stone’s throw away. There will be 1,500 homes and up to 4,000 jobs.

Grønlikaia is located below Mosseveien and Ekebergskrenten. The area will be an extension of Bjørvika with a harbor promenade, bathing areas, homes and offices.

Grønlikaia is one of Oslo’s last inner fillets along the fjord. But today it may not look quite like that.

Containers, trucks, cranes and concrete dominate the quay area which is located just below Mosseveien and Ekebergskråningen. Very few have set foot here.
