Two young people from the Fontaine d’Ouche district were indicted and remanded in custody by the Dijon court (Côte-d’Or). They are suspected of assaulting two residents of Talant last December.

The two indicted are suspected of having chased, on foot or by car, two 18-year-olds from Talant on Wednesday December 22 in the heart of the Fontaine d’Ouche. The alleged attackers then fled. An investigation was immediately entrusted to the departmental directorate of public security of Côte-d’Or and the judicial police. This Thursday, Olivier Caracotch, the public prosecutor, indicated that four people had been arrested in this case following a major action carried out in the Fontaine d’Ouche district by the police.

Of the four arrested, two were released. Two others, a minor and an adult, were presented to the judge of freedoms and detention who placed him in pre-trial detention and indicted. This Monday, they will be summoned again to the Dijon court.
