The government updates data related to Corona cases in Indonesia. Today there are 55,209 positive cases reported COVID-19 in Indonesia.
This data on the development of the spread of COVID-19 was published by BNPB Public Relations, Saturday (12/2/2022). This data is updated daily with cut off at 12.00 WIB.
With this addition, the total number of COVID-19 cases found in Indonesia from March 2020 to today is 4,763,252 cases.
This additional case is approaching the peak of additional Corona cases in the second wave on July 15, 2021. At that time, there were 56,757 Corona cases in a day.
In addition to the additional positive cases, the government stated that 32,570 Corona patients had recovered today. The total number of recovered patients is 4,282,847 people.
The government also reported that there were 107 people who died in the last 24 hours from being positive for Corona. The total number of Corona patients who died was 145,065.
The government is tirelessly urging residents to comply with the COVID-19 prevention health protocols, namely wearing masks, washing hands with soap and running water, and keeping a distance.
The COVID-19 vaccination program is also being intensified to create communal immunity (herd immunity).
The government has also implemented the implementation of community activity restrictions (PPKM) levels 1 to 3 to suppress the spread of Corona. Residents are asked to obey the rules imposed during PPKM so that the Corona virus pandemic can be overcome.
