JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Political observer Ray Rangkuti assessed that the Speaker of the DPR RI, Puan Maharani, was too spoiled because she complained that the governor was not picked up on her working visit.
It was later discovered from the chairman of the Solo PDI-P DPC FX Hadi Rudyatmo that the person Puan Maharani was referring to was the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo.
“What Mrs. Puan is doing is pampering,” said political observer from Lingkar Madani (Lima) Indonesia Ray Rangkuti to COMPASS TVFriday (11/2/2022).
“The characters must be eradicated, pampered, must be picked up, must be facilitated,” he added.
Ray believes that Puan’s hot attitude that makes Ganjar the strongest rival in the 2024 presidential election will not stop here.
In Ray’s opinion, Puan seems to want to continue to maintain a harmonious relationship with Ganjar in order to reduce the image of the Governor of Central Java both internally and publicly.

“But, it won’t work, why?! Because Puan has a different character even though (she) is Megawati’s child. People hear, but will not empathize with what he is saying,” said Ray.
“Puan must be aware that, in terms of character, she is different from Ibu Megawati, who is known for her ideology. Puan’s prestige is more because (she) is Bu Mega’s son and Bung Karno’s grandson. I don’t think what he said would cause widespread sympathy internally,” added Ray.
According to Ray, the case would be different if it was Megawati Soekarnoputri who was criticizing Ganjar Pranowo.
