Since the start of the season, Sporting has been organizing school and technical training for its licensees.
In partnership with POLE EMPLOI and ALEO TRAINING first of all, 12 young people follow a complete course of “Sports Promotion & Marketing Officer” over 15 months. Theoretical and work-study courses are on the program to acquire a level 5 professional title and allow these future sales managers to bring real financial added value to the sports structures of the Toulon Metropolis, which will thus be able to benefit from these young graduates.
Also in collaboration with IMSAT, 16 male and female players follow a level 4 Professional Youth, Popular Education and Sport Certificate (BPJEPS). Over 1 year, the theoretical part is provided at headquarters. IMSAT on the Grande TOURRACHE campus in La Garde and the technical part is provided by Youssef SIF in the premises of the “AZUR et OR” club.
A training which takes place alternately and which aims to train animators or professional sports educators capable of developing and implementing sports projects.
Finally, in partnership with the STAPS University of Toulon, 12 players from the club follow a STAPS License, the starting point for careers in sport, health and education… With the status of “high-level athlete”, our students participate in the Sporting National Championships as well as in the European University Football Championship, under the responsibility of Jean Paul PERRON.
A training mission essential to the overall project of the club, thus allowing the promotion of its “young active people” beyond its colors!
