Flemish Energy Minister Zuhal Demir (N-VA) will tackle the generous subsidies that companies receive for large solar panel installations. This concerns, among other things, the generous support that entrepreneur Fernand Huts receives because he filled his warehouses with solar panels before 2013. In ten years’ time, Demir wants to eliminate 1.2 billion euros in aid and thus reduce the energy bill.
