Brazilian pivot Rocha, who spent three seasons at Sporting, returning to Brazil at the end of 2020/21, to represent Carlos Barbosa, is a reinforcement for Benfica.
The presentation of the 26-year-old canary international is scheduled for this Tuesday afternoon, but the club has already announced the hiring on social media.
Rocha arrived at Sporting in 2018, coming from Magnus Futsal, and with the Lions’ jersey he played 98 games, scored 63 goals and won two Champions Leagues (2018/19 and 2020/21), two Portuguese Cups (2018/19 and 2019/20), a League Cup (2020/21) and a Super Cup (2018/19).
