The Covid-19 is still very present in the hospital at the end of the weekend. 31,536 patients diagnosed with Covid-19 are hospitalized, compared to 31,282 on Saturday. In addition, 3,641 people are in critical care, where a slight increase should be noted while 115 entries were recorded this Sunday. The rate of change, over one week, in the number of daily admissions to critical care has, however, fallen back below 0%. In addition, 127 new deaths from Covid-19 have been reported in the past 24 hours. 249,448 positive cases were identified in 24 hours, compared to 301,614 last Sunday. In addition, 337,949 positive cases were identified each day (on average) over the past week, i.e. -6% in one week.

The evolution over the week shows a contrasting epidemic pattern: daily hospitalizations rose by + 5% as did the number of hospitalized patients (+ 9%). But at the same time, daily admissions to critical care have slightly decreased (-2%) as has the number of patients in critical care: -3%. The black spot this week is the number of daily deaths in hospital, which rose by + 17% compared to the previous week.
