Elon Musk offered a 19-year-old $ 5,000 in exchange for closing his Twitter account. The reason? The boy created the profilo Elon Musk Jet with which through a computer program it traces the air routes of theprivate plane of the richest man in the world. The billionaire then contacted him and asked him to cancel his account for security reasons. Jack Sweeny, a University of Florida freshman, said he was surprised but also unhappy. He thus made a counter-proposal to Musk: 50 thousand dollars to quit to make the flight information public.

Jack Sweeny explained that he created an algorithm to track the plane with data from companies that record flight information through an airplane’s transponder. Its program is able to calculate the estimated flight time, location, state, country and city where the device is located, as well as create a map of that location. All information that, through the Twitter account, attracts more than 100 thousand people. At the moment Elon Musk has not yet responded to Sweeny’s counter-proposal.
