The happy mother took the opportunity to address a tender word to her little Joy, who celebrated his 13th birthday on July 27. “13 years of hugs, sweet words, happiness with you my little angel, which seemed to pass so quickly. Jade Hallyday gets a tattoo in the Big Apple
