PARIS: Winter Olympics 2022, Jason Lamy-Chpuis joins Eurosport

A great French sports personality, Jason Lamy-Chpuis is joining Eurosport for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, from February 4 to 20.

After marking the history of Nordic combined with his Olympic title in Vancouver in 2010, Jason Lamy-Chpuis will be one of the great witnesses of the Olympic event on the antennas of Eurosport

Jason Lamy-Chpuis has one of the most prolific records in French sport. A high-level athlete for fifteen years, he won three consecutive big crystal globes in Nordic combined between 2010 and 2012, as well as the small globe in sprint in 2007, which brilliantly crowns his twenty-seven World Cup victories. Added to this are ten medals at the World Championships, five of which are gold.

During his career, Jason Lamy-Chpuis took part in four editions of the Olympic Winter Games. For his first participation, in 2006 in Turin, he caused a sensation by finishing in fourth place, at only 19 years old. He reached consecration at the Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010 where he won Olympic gold on the small hill. In 2014 in Sochi, Jason Lamy-Chpuis is the flag bearer of the French delegation. While he had ended his sporting career, he still participated in the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics. He is now an airline pilot at Air France.
