AC Milan get new ammo on winter exchange. Milan announces that it has officially completed the transfer Marko Lazetic dari Red Star Belgrade.
The striker, who was only 18 years old, was signed with a transfer value believed to reach 4 million euros plus bonuses. Lazetic agreed to a contract with Milan for the next 4.5 seasons.
In Milan, Lazetic will wear the number 22 shirt, which was previously worn by Mateo Musacchio. This number has also been worn by iconic players like Edgar Davids and Kaka.
Lazetic steals the show Rossoneri after scoring twice in the UEFA Youth League match against St. Patrick’s Athletic YL last September. Lazetic is plotted to replace Pietro Pellegri, who ended his loan spell from AS Monaco to join Torino.
Lazetic is a product of the Red Star Belgrade youth team. Lazetic is noted to have strengthened the Red Start Belgrade senior team with a score of one goal.
“AC Milan announced that Marko Lazetic has joined Rossoneri from Red Star Belgrade on a permanent deal,” read a statement on the club’s official website. “The Serbian striker has signed a contract with the club until 30 June 2026.
“Born in Belgrade, Serbia on 22 January 2004, Marko graduated from Red Star Belgrade youth team before making his senior team debut in November 2020. He was then loaned out to Graficar, where he scored four goals in 14 appearances.”
“Lazetic returned to Red Start Belgrade in the summer of 2021, this season he has scored one goal in 16 games.”
