Bripda Randy is Officially Fired from the Police

Bripda Randy Bagus has been officially fired from the National Police. Brigadier Randy is a suspect in the abortion case against his girlfriend, Novia Widyasari.

Randy underwent a code of ethics trial this morning. Reported from detikJatim, Randy was seen wearing the daily official attire (PDH) of the National Police. He also wears a black mask complete with badge and hats.

During the trial Randy looked serious. His face also looks tense.

Randy bowed his head several times. He was mostly silent during the ethics trial.

The Head of Public Relations of the East Java Police, Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko, said that the results of the code of ethics trial stated that Bripda Randy received a dishonorable dismissal (PTDH).

“From the examination of the nine witnesses presented by the Propam Bid of the East Java Police, it is clear that Rendy is guilty,” said Gatot at the East Java Police Headquarters, Jalan Ahmad Yani, Surabaya, Thursday (27/1/2022).

Gatot said that Randy was proven to have violated the National Police Chief Regulation No. 14 of 2011. Gatot said that Randy had violated Article 7 paragraph 1 letter B and Article 11 letter C of Perkap 14 of 2011 concerning the Police Professional Code of Ethics.

“It has been stated that the result of the decision is PTDH,” said Gatot.

As for Randy, he must be held accountable for his actions. Randy must undergo a legal process which is handled by the Ditreskrimum of the East Java Police.

“After this, the person concerned will continue to carry out the general criminal process which is handled by investigators at the Ditreskrimum of the East Java Police,” added Gatot.

Gatot said Randy had been detained by the East Java Regional Police regarding the abortion case. “Currently, the person concerned is a prisoner from the Crimea,” he added.

As is known, this case emerged after Novia Widyasari was found dead by suicide by drinking poison. Novia committed suicide due to depression after being asked by Randy to abort her pregnancy.

The student from a university in Malang was found dead near his father’s grave in Sugihan Hamlet, Japan Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency, on Thursday (2/12/2021).

After conducting a series of investigations and investigations, the East Java Police finally named Bripda Randy as a suspect. Randy was charged with Article 348 of the Criminal Code juncto Article 55 of the Criminal Code concerning intentionally aborts or kills a fetus, which carries a penalty of 5 years in prison.
