During a service on Sunday, January 30, at 5 p.m. in the Kiliansdom in Wrzburg, Vicar General Jrgen Vorndran erects the pastoral rooms of Wrzburg South-West, Wrzburg South-East, Wrzburg North-West and Wrzburg North-East in the urban area of Wrzburg. According to the press release of the Episcopal Ordinariate, this inauguration service is the starting signal for a new form of cooperation in the pastoral care teams and in the local communities.

The pastoral area of Wrzburg north-west includes the parish community Gntersleben Thngersheim as well as the subdivisions Drrbachtal-Veitshchheim and Leinach-Zell am Main. Pastors are Robert Borawski, Andreas Kneitz and Bernd Steigerwald. Curator is Steigerwald. More than 18,500 Catholics live in the pastoral area of Wrzburg North-West.
The pastoral area of Wrzburg south-east includes the parish communities of Wrzburg Ost and the subdivision of Wrzburg Sd. Pastors are Tobias Fuchs, Canon Stefan Gessner and Gerhard Reitz. Curator is Fox. Almost 16,000 Catholics live in the pastoral area of Wrzburg South-East.
The pastoral area of Wrzburg South-West includes the parish communities of Heidingsfeld and Sankt Bruno, Heiligkreuz, Sankt Elisabeth and Sankt Burkard, Marigeburt and Sankt Norbert Hchberg and Sankt Sebastian, Heuchelhof and Sankt Josef, Rottenbauer. Pastors are Klaus Hsterey, Alfred Kraus and Matthias Lotz. Curator is Hsterey. Around 23,200 Catholics live in the pastoral area of Wrzburg South-West.
