This is done to see if there are abnormalities in the breast.
Normal breasts, both will be lifted simultaneously.
3. Feel the lump
The next way can be to feel the breast.
Use your fingertips and gently press the surface of the breast.
Feel whether there is a lump in the breast or not.
Feel each surface of the breast with several patterns, such as circular, right to left, top to bottom, middle to the side or up to the armpit.
4. Squeeze the nipple slowly
Observe whether there is liquid that comes out or not.
If the fluid that comes out is white, yellow or bloody, it indicates an abnormal breast.
5. Bend down and look in the mirror
Observe and feel whether there are certain changes in your breasts or not.
6. Examine the breasts by lying down
Give a pad on the side of the breast to be examined.
Place your hands on the back of your head.
After that, use your fingertips to do the check.
Symptoms of early stage breast cancer
In some cases, the characteristics of early-stage breast cancer may not cause any symptoms.
However, the doctor can identify the lump in the breast whether it is cancer or not with a mammogram.
