The dilapidated old EUV fleet area on Herner Strasse costs a lot of money year after year. The city now has at least a new pollutant disposal concept. But no money for it yet.
The old EUV fleet has been rotting away on Herner Strasse for years. The city had taken over the site on a long-term lease from the owners of the site, two sisters from Recklinghausen.
