‘Driving behavior resembled Russian road race’

Rai Vloet was driving ‘with high speed’ on the A4 when he caused the accident in November that killed four-year-old Gio Roos. That says a 40-year-old eyewitness who saw the fatal accident happen in front of him that night. This eyewitness has made a statement to the police.
