🤙🏻 Hello @iSpotPL ! What’s going on with you again? I heard that they are flying to you from Cupertino for the audit? Repairmen steal and collect parts at home or what?#JanuszeSerwisu #Apple #Authorized service #iSpot pic.twitter.com/afebknqyPN

According to our information, irregularities took place in the Warsaw iSpot service center. They concerned detected frauds committed by service technicians, allegedly consisting in replacing parts and damaged telephones.
iSpot reacted quickly and sharply – it immediately fired several service workers.
We reported to iSpot and asked for a comment. We received the following answer:
We take care of the standards imposed by Apple. We do not accept any deviation from the accepted rules.
There has been no such thing in the history of the Polish market so far. It is a pity that such a situation has happened, because it puts us, as a market, in a bad light, not bringing us closer to the opening of the official Apple Store. Or maybe quite the opposite?
In any case, I am glad that iSpot reacted quickly and decisively to the situation.
We are waiting for things to develop. We will keep you updated on the progress.
