A US cargo plane landed in Kiev overnight from Friday to Saturday, the US embassy said on Twitter.
On board were 90 tons of “lethal aid, including ammunition for Ukraine’s front line defense”. This support was ordered by President Biden.
The embassy released photos of the plane being unloaded. It was the first in a series of deliveries, she said.
