A number of customers spend the night at Prudential’s office at Prudential Towers. Customers who are members of the Insurance Victims Community Coordinator stayed at Prudential’s office until last Tuesday when the latest news was written.
Prudential’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Luskito Hambali revealed that his party had taken persuasive steps to customers to leave the Prudential office location, but they refused and chose to stay in the Prudential Tower area.
“We still urge them to submit complaints through official channels in accordance with applicable regulations,” he said in an official statement, Tuesday (18/1/2022).
Prudential admitted always trying to prioritize communication to customers. However, these efforts were not accepted by the customers.
“In fact, until now we have continued to communicate with these groups of customers and/or former customers to be willing to leave the company’s office area. past the time limit of our Customer Care Center operating hours,” he explained.
Of the 16 customers and former customers who are still at Prudential’s office, there are 13 customers who have filed a complaint with Prudential and 3 customers have never filed a complaint.
Of the 13 customers who have filed complaints, there is 1 customer whose complaint has been resolved and has signed a settlement agreement, 2 customers whose complaints have been decided but they refuse to have individual dialogue.
“And 10 customers whose demands for a 100% premium return were not fulfilled by us and the decision to refuse has officially been conveyed to the 10 customers,” he explained.
He said that the 3 customers who had not filed a complaint were expected to submit it first so they could be analyzed further. If each customer has agreed to the provisions that apply to their respective policies.
